A man who was apprehended by Mansion Hill residents after he allegedly burglarized an apartment is scheduled for arraignment today
in County Court on 21 counts in connection with numerous break-ins in that section of the city.
Peter Anthony Johnson, 29, whose last address was 24 Second St., Albany, is charged in an indictment handed up
Monday
with eight counts of second-degree burglary and two counts of third-degree burglary, all felonies, and 11 counts of petty larceny, misdemeanors.
He is accused of breaking into apartments on Philip Street, Bleeker
