Qld: Man breaks leg in tandem parachute jump

BRISBANE, Feb 17 AAP - A man broke his leg in a heavy landing during a tandem parachute
jump on Queensland's Sunshine Coast today.

A paramedic treated the 46-year-old man at the Coolum Soccer Ground after the 1.30pm (AEST) jump.

The man was later taken by helicopter to the Nambour General Hospital.
